The owner, Sam, was helpful. My room was a clean Superior Double or Twin Room with a lovely small balcony. Sam also arranged a scooter for exploring the area, which allowed me to see nearly the entire island. The breakfast offerings and fresh fruit made for a pleasant start to the day.
No negative aspects to mention.

This was just a fitting option for a fleeting pause in Kata Beach with good value for cost. Sam's hospitality was great. He even took me out for some delicious seafood. Bring earplugs. The street noise can be bothersome at night.
